Biljana Dzeloska was born in Ohrid (Macedonia) in 1964. She studied economic sciences from 1983 to 1987 at the University of Skopje. In 1986 she worked with BNL in Lisbon.

In 1995-92 she was assistant manager in the international metal trading company SYTCO, Lugano, Switzerland.

From 1993 to 2000 she was assistant manager in the architectural, engineering and design company AKROPLAN Contractors from Udine, Italy.

She has been marketing manager in AArchitects since 2001.
